Went to Las Palapas with a party of 9 tonight. No reservation. No problem! They were very accommodating and welcoming. Their customer service was excellent. We ordered the special of the night, combination plate, and it was excellent. I can't think of one thing that was not on par! We will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.
Excellent SA TexMex. The Okie is an old favorite, with its huge serving size meal in a generous tortilla with cheese and sauce. Ask for the roasted sauce with your chips and salsa to raise it up a notch. I was impressed with the vegetarian and healthier options (it's been a while since I've been to a Las Palapas). The service was excellent, and the ambiance was casual. We were constantly checked on, which was nicer than expected. Very friendly staff! I recommend trying their lunch specials during the week and coming back during the weekend to explore the menu. There's a little bit for everyone, so it's a nice place for groups.
I've got to tell you the more I come the more I like it. It seems like they've got a newer staff. That's really, really respectful and attentive. The food was excellent. Had the LP special Can't wait to come back for happy hour
Great job Las Palapas Castle Hills with my order of cheese enchiladas on Door Dash. My order came exactly as requested, including corn instead of flour tortillas. The food was piping hot upon arrival. At the present time, ever since La Jacala burned down, Las Palapas serves my favorite cheese enchildas! Keep up the great work guys!
Food is good and reasonably priced. They have weekly specials Monday and Wednesday plus lunch menu items . We like to go there on a regular basis.
Picked up lunch here for the first time was hesitate on what to order. Went through the drive thru and order 2 East la tacos ( bean, cheese, lettuce, tomato & avocado) simple but, it was good and filling. The roasted salsa was an excellent touch on the tacos. I'll have to try a different item next time.
